Camino Portuguese Day 10, 4/28. Cortica to Alvorge.

Day 10… another 20km with hills up and down… can’t believe I’m doing this. I think today I reached the highest point on this Way - about 1560ft elevation gain today. Not as high as Primitivo but still lots of hills. As soon as I reach Porto and walk along the coast it should be easier. Still 7 more days till Porto 🙄

More countryside, villages, churches, beautiful flowers filled passes, and serenity… just the sound of the wind, the rustle of leaves, the singing of birds.

Today I’m staying in old remote village called Vale Florido. Just a few houses and the albergue I’m staying in is actually someone house, the owner also owns a restaurant nearby where I had dinner tonight.
